Master Sudoku

Rules and gameplay of Master Sudoku

Master Sudoku is known as a challenging and mind-stimulating puzzle game. You are tasked with entering digits to complete a 9x9 grid in the shortest time.

Completing a logical grid

This game is played on a 9x9 grid, divided into nine 3x3 sub-grids. The objective is to fill each cell of the grid with a digit from 1 to 9, ensuring that each row, each column, and each sub-grid contains all the digits without repetition. Note that some cells are already filled, acting as clues to guide the player. These initial numbers provide a foundation upon which the player must build, strategically deducing the correct digits to fill in the remaining empty cells.

Effective strategies and techniques

This game is not as simple as it sounds, so you need to have some techniques and come up with useful plans to win this game. I want to suggest some effective tactics.

  • Scanning: A fundamental strategy in this game is scanning the grid for opportunities. By examining rows, columns, and sub-grids, you look for vacant cells that can only accommodate a specific digit based on the existing numbers. This process involves eliminating possibilities and narrowing down the options.
  • Elimination: Next, I advise you to focus on a particular row, column, or sub-grid. Identify numbers that are already present, eliminating them as possibilities for other empty cells within the same unit. This process of deduction helps narrow down the choices and brings players closer to finding the correct digits.
  • "What If" Scenarios: Finally, if you choose the more difficult levels, you may encounter situations where no clear deductions can be made. In such cases, employing 'what if' scenarios becomes necessary. You make an educated guess by selecting a number for a specific cell and continue solving the puzzle based on that assumption. If they reach a contradiction or inconsistency, they backtrack and try a different number until a coherent solution emerges.

Impressive features of Master Sudoku

Levels of difficulty

Like Minecraftle Game, this game has captivating features. One of them I want to mention is its level of difficulty. At the start of the game, you are allowed to choose between 6 levels of difficulty. They are Easy, Medium, Hard, Very Hard, Insane, and Inhuman. The difference between these levels of difficulty is the number of digits that are available in the grid. If you select the Easy or Medium levels, there are many digits that are available in the grid. However, if you select Hard, Very Hard, Insane, or Inhuman levels, you need to enter more digits into the grid. This requires you to spend time analyzing the patterns, making deductions, and applying strategies.

Power-ups

If you get stuck, you should click on the Hint button at the bottom of the screen. After clicking this button, a digit in any cell will be displayed. Note that you are allowed to use this button only 5 times. Moreover, if you can click the Solve button to see the answer of the puzzle.
